Our Simple 4-Step
Booking Process
Begin by completing our inquiry form with your basic event details and a brief description
of the decor you're interested in. This allows us to confirm our availability for your event.
Please double-check your email address, as this is our primary method
of communication throughout the booking process.
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
Step 2: Complete the
Decor Questionnaire
If we're available for your date, you'll receive our detailed decor questionnaire. This helps us gather everything needed to create a personalized proposal, including your color palette, event style, inspiration photos, setup preferences, and any special requests.
Feel free to upload invitations, signage, or inspiration images—we're happy to
coordinate your balloon colors and design around them.
Within 24 hours, we'll prepare a custom quote tailored to your event.
You'll also receive a live photo of your balloon color selections to approve—we send this because it can be difficult to accurately judge colors from a small image on our color chart.
This ensures every detail reflects your vision before installation day.
STEP 3: Receive Your
Custom Quote
STEP 4 : Reserve Your Date
When you're ready to move forward, simply accept your quote and submit the 50% deposit.
Once your deposit is received, your event date is officially reserved,
and you're booked with Balloon Luxe!
